RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Deliver customer satisfaction through exceptional service?
  • Quickly respond to customer requests?as they arrive through phone calls, or ticket creation by the customer
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Communicate effectively?with customers, keeping them informed of incidents or service requests progress, notifying them of impeding changes or agreed outages
  • Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels
  • Responsible for entering time as it occurs?
  • Ensure detailed service tickets are maintained for each service request?
  • Creation and maintenance of SOPs and documentation
  • Report to Professional Services recommendation to reduce the amount of ticket
  • IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems, as well as virtual environments built on Microsoft Hyper-V, Azure, and VMware
  • Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, etc
  • Support of cloud solutions for customers including Microsoft 365, Azure, and other software as a service application
  • Support remote access solutions: VPN, RDP, Windows 365
  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday 10 am - 7 pm Central Time.
