Requirement:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
At least 1 years of experience in the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials or spare parts.
Understanding of procurement processes and cycles, with the ability to manage procurement operations effectively.
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and learn quickly, with a strong initiative for continuous professional growth and improving work effectiveness.
Strong communication, cross-department collaboration, and supplier negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other procurement systems.
Job Description:
Manage procurement of material/goods to support operational, service, installation, and other company needs.
Source, negotiate, and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery.
Create and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) using the Procurement system.
Ensure the timely availability of all required goods and material while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with service, sales, warehouse, and finance regarding material/goods requirements.
Follow up on delayed and rescheduled orders.
Build professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
