Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Able to design and read electrical wiring diagrams.
Proficient in using AutoCAD or Visio.
Understanding of facility systems such as compressors and chillers.
Experience in maintenance and servicing of production machines in a printing company is a plus.
Ability to create report with analysis (RCA/5W) for operational in maintenance.
Job Description :
Develop preventive maintenance schedules, and supervise as well as monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance for machines and other equipment.
Oversee inspections and periodic maintenance activities related to machine/equipment repairs (readiness, cleanliness, and condition).
Analyze machine downtime and evaluate machine and equipment performance to provide improvement solutions.
Prepare and compile monthly reports on Maintenance KPI achievements.
Monitor spare parts inventory control to ensure availability of spare parts.
Plan spare part requirements based on frequent machine troubleshooting cases.
Willing to work outside normal working hours if required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.
Comply with company regulations and code of conduct, and implement the CJ 5R Program in daily
