The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new client accounts through
outbound calls, conducting negotiations, and driving sales activities to secure orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to acquire new accounts.
• Manage assigned leads and progress opportunities through the funnel.
• Gather and document client information required for job creation.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
• Track activities, outcomes, and follow-ups consistently.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients.
• Handle basic objections and negotiations within defined parameters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build strong client relationships.
• Adaptable and confident in managing client interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements
• CRM experience.
• Experience selling to US clients.
