Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Recruitment, People Development, and HRIS administration.
Strong understanding of manpower planning, recruitment processes, talent management, and employee development programs.
Experienced in managing HRIS, employee databases, and HR digitalization initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Possess good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
BNSP HR Certification, CHRP, or CHRM certification is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage manpower planning and recruitment strategies to ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements.
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offering, and onboarding.
Maintain and optimize HRIS, ensuring employee data accuracy, system effectiveness, and HR reporting reliability.
Coordinate and implement employee learning, training, competency development, and talent management programs.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics, recruitment reports, manpower reports, and other HR-related analytics for management.
Support HR digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment, people development, and HR processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR programs and manpower requirements align with business objectives and operational needs.
