Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
- At least 1 year of BPO experience (voice experience preferred)
- Above-average English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to hygiene products and services
- Provide accurate information regarding accounts, orders, billing, and service requests
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
