As a rapidly growing retail chain, we are seeking a Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage and analyze the financial performance of our franchise stores, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. Location: Surabaya, East Java | Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: 1. Profit & Loss Management: Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for 13+ franchise stores across East Java (and growing), monitoring revenue, costs, and profit margins to ensure financial health. 2. Financial Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate store-level financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 3. Data-Driven Recommendations: Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations to management for cost efficiency, margin improvement, and operational optimization. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Actively coordinate with Operations teams in Surabaya, franchisees across East Java, as well as Tax, Finance, and Accounting teams at our head office in Jakarta to ensure accurate and timely financial data flow. 5. Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports, and assist in preparing data for tax and internal audit purposes. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. - MUST HAVE hands-on experience with Accurate accounting software. - MUST HAVE Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data processing, and data analysis). - Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance - Experience in retail, F&B, or multi-branch businesses is a plus, but not required - we value strong P&L understanding and a willingness to learn the franchise business. - Strong communication skills (verbal & written) — essential for cross-team and cross-location coordination. - Fluent in English (written & spoken) is a strong plus. - Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Detail-oriented and meticulous when working with numbers. - Able to join as soon as possible (1–2 weeks' notice period is highly preferred).
