The Sales Lead drives sales execution and team productivity by coaching and supervising
representatives, ensuring KPIs, quality, and process adherence as the first level of
leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow?ups to acquire or support new accounts.
• Drive daily and weekly sales targets through supervision and coaching.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure consistent execution of sales playbooks and quality standards.
• Lead regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance check?ins.
• Support skill development through call reviews, feedback, and on?the?job coaching.
• Escalate performance risks with clear documentation.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and reporting compliance.
• Identify recurring execution issues and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate schedules, act as escalation point, and align with Sales Manager and
cross?functional teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive sales performance.
• Adaptable and confident in managing client and team interactions in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading high-volume sales teams
• CRM proficiency and reporting experience
