Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, E-commerce, or Revenue Management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies, OTA platforms, online distribution channels, pricing, and revenue optimization.
Excellent negotiation, networking, analytical, and relationship management skills with a proven ability to drive business growth.
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
Highly organized, proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, business development, and delivering outstanding commercial performance.
Marketing & Communication Department
