- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a UAT Analyst, QA Analyst, or Software Tester.
- Experience in banking projects, especially related to Card Issuing Systems or Payment Systems.
- Strong understanding of debit, credit, or prepaid card business processes.
- Hands-on experience in system migration, enhancement, or replatform projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work under project timelines and deadlines.
