•College Graduate with or without experience
•Completed 2 years in College with 6 months customer service related experience
•Above Average English communication skills
•Good interpersonal skills
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Good comprehension skills
•Basic knowledge with MS Office
•Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Upon hire:
18k basic pay + 1k flex fund allowance + 2k account premium

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process account updates, transactions, and service requests according to company guidelines.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date with account processes, products, and service enhancements through ongoing training.
