XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Operations Officer to join our team of experts!

Responsibilities:
- Assist with product or application related inquiries.
- Helping to identify and initiate corrective action by determining the most cost-effective solution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Liase with other departments to escalate and resolve all client's issues in a timely manner.
- Execute ad hoc tasks as required to support operations and program objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in FX business is a PLUS.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel user.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a MUST.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness for continuous professional development.
- High level of autonomy and trust, support of ideas and opportunity to influence directly company results.
- High-impact contribution to dynamic business at a growth phase.
- Good numerical skills.
- Attention to detail.
