What We're Looking For
- High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college graduate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact center operations is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, if needed.
