We are looking for a Finance AP & Payment Officer to support day-to-day finance operations at our rubber factory in Lampung. This role is focused on accounts payable processing, invoice verification, and payment execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely settlement of factory-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Verify raw material (RM) and non-RM invoices and maintain invoice registers
Perform invoice posting and ensure completeness of supporting documents
Process RM payments from factory bank accounts in accordance with approval limits
Monitor due items and payment schedules
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and HQ finance to resolve payment issues
Ensure proper segregation of duties (SOD) and adherence to internal control
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or operational finance
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Basic understanding of invoice processing and payment controls
Careful, detail-oriented, and able to handle transactional volume
Willing to be based on-site at the factory in Lampung
