Job Description:
Assist in the timely and accurate settlement transactions, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal policies.
Support in the regular reconciliations of settlement accounts, assisting in identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Assist in ensuring that settlement activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Provide support in generating reports related to settlement activities.
Utilize technology solutions under guidance to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of settlement processes.
Manage safekeeping of domestic and foreign securities.
Coordinate securities movement and ensure accurate asset registration.
Maintain custody accounts, mandates, and documentation.
Perform position checks and ensure records reflect actual holdings at all times.
Process, match, and confirm securities transactions across equities, bonds, derivatives, and money-market instruments.
Monitor settlement pipelines and resolve unmatched or failed trades.
Excellence on custodial services & reports
Ensure custodial services accurate & completeness
Maintain client assets & other custodial activities.
Handling Corporate Actions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
+1 year of experience in custody operations within a brokerage or financial services firm.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices (Capital Market).
Familiarity with capital & financial market settlements is plus point.
WPPE license also plus point.
Have a Good Communication skill
