About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Palm Oil Mill Manager to oversee PKS operations and support integration with our biomass pellet division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily mill operations
- Optimize production efficiency and yield
- Oversee waste management and biomass utilization
- Lead operational and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Control operational budget and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in PKS operations
- Strong technical and leadership skills
- Experience managing mill teams
- Knowledge of biomass by-products (EFB, PKS, fiber) preferred
- Willing to be stationed at site
