JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course.

• With basic knowledge in Philippine Labor Code, HR Policies & Procedures and Employee Discipline

• Strong interpersonal & Communication Skills

• Can handle different HR facets

• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Can work with minimal supervision

• Preferably with 1-year experience in ER, Training or General HR. Fresh graduate with relevant internship may be considered.
