Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
Professional certification in HR or legal compliance is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR, GA, and Legal roles, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
Proven experience in managing HR operations, legal compliance, and general affairs functions.
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.
Familiar with retail employment practices, BPJS, payroll management, industrial relations, and dispute resolution.
Experienced in handling company legal documents, contracts, permits, and regulatory reporting.
Capable of designing and implementing:
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Organizational Structure
Employee performance evaluation systems
Salary and compensation schemes (including grading, benchmarking, and adjustment mechanisms)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Knowledgeable in facility management, asset management, and workplace safety regulations.
Passionate about fashion, especially modestwear, and aligned with the company’s mission and values.
