Rebar & Structural Works

  1. Read and interpret structural plans, rebar detailing, and shop drawings?
  2. Supervise rebar cutting, bending, tying, and installation on site?
  3. Compute rebar quantity, cutting list, and material requisition?
  4. Ensure proper rebar spacing, lap splice, hooks, and cover as per plan & NSCP?
  5. Conduct inspection before concrete pouring - "Rebar Inspection"?
  6. Coordinate with steelman/foreman for daily targets


Civil/General Site Duties?

  1. Monitor and supervise overall civil works: foundation, columns, beams, slabs?
  2. Do lay-out, level, and quality control with survey team?
  3. Prepare daily accomplishment reports, RFI, and progress reports?
  4. Ensure compliance with project specs, safety, and quality standards?
  5. Coordinate with Project Engineer, Foreman, and Client’s representative
