We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Online Listings & Customer Support Specialist to join our growing remote team.

In this role, you'll manage online property listings, assist customers throughout the booking process, and support daily operations to ensure a smooth experience for both guests and internal teams. Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and optimise online listings across multiple platforms
  • Ensure listing content is accurate, consistent, and up to date
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and messaging platforms

  • Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements when needed
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation
