Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing fire safety policies, procedures, and emergency plans.
Conducting regular inspections of fire protection systems, equipment, and escape routes.
Ensuring compliance with government fire regulations, SNI standards, and building codes.
Coordinating fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency response training.
Monitoring the performance of fire alarms, sprinklers, hydrants, extinguishers, and detectors.
Investigating fire incidents, alarm activations, and safety hazards within the building.
Leading fire wardens and emergency response teams in preparedness and operations.
Supervising contractors handling fire system maintenance, testing, and certification.
Reviewing drawings and plans to ensure fire safety compliance for renovations or upgrades.
Preparing fire safety reports, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
Certified Fire Safety Manager, with certification still active/valid.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fire Safety Manager in building maintenance or facility management.
Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Good understanding of government fire regulations, SNI standards, and building codes.
Experience coordinating fire drills, inspections, and emergency response activities.
Ability to supervise contractors and ensure proper maintenance of fire safety equipment.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in shift and in public holiday if needed.
