We are looking for a talented Multimedia Content Producer to join our team and create high-quality visual content across multiple brands and projects.

Job Description

The Multimedia Content Producer is responsible for planning, capturing, and editing high-quality photo and video content across multiple brands within the group.

This role manages the full content production process—from pre-production planning to final delivery—ensuring all content aligns with brand positioning, marketing objectives, and creative direction.

You will work across villas, luxury phinisi yachts, water experiences, and future projects, producing visually compelling content that maintains a consistently high standard.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong creative thinking, technical skills, and excellent execution.

Responsibilities

Content Planning & Pre-Production

• Collaborate with the Social Media & Content Manager on content strategy and campaign needs

• Develop shoot plans, shot lists, and production schedules

• Assist with concept development and creative ideation

• Identify content opportunities across brands and locations

• Prepare equipment and production requirements before shoots

Photography & Videography

• Capture high-quality photography and videography across all brands

• Produce content for social media, websites, advertising, and marketing materials

• Create short-form and long-form content as required

• Capture lifestyle, hospitality, architectural, product, and experience-based content

• Operate cameras, drones, and supporting production equipment

Drone Operations

• Capture drone photography and videography when needed

• Ensure safe and compliant drone operation

• Use aerial content to enhance visual storytelling

Post-Production

• Edit and retouch photos to a professional standard

• Edit short-form and long-form videos

• Export content in formats suitable for social media, websites, and advertising

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards

• Organize and manage content storage efficiently

Brand & Creative Execution

• Ensure all content reflects brand positioning and creative direction

• Adapt visual storytelling style across multiple brands

• Contribute ideas to improve content quality and performance

• Support campaign execution through creative content production

Asset Management

• Maintain organized content libraries and asset folders

• Archive content properly for easy access

• Manage raw and edited files efficiently

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in photography, videography, or content production

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography work

• Experience planning and executing shoots independently

• Proficiency in professional camera equipment

• Proficiency in drone operation

• Strong photo editing skills

• Strong video editing skills

• Proficiency in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut, etc.)

• Strong organizational and file management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Good English communication skills

• Ability to swim confidently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, villas, tourism, or luxury brands

• Experience capturing marine, boating, or watersports content

• Experience with underwater photography or videography

• Experience creating content for social media platforms

• Advanced drone skills and aerial storytelling

• Ability to shoot underwater footage

• Motion graphics or animation skills

Working Arrangement

• Full-time, onsite position

• Office based in Ubud, Bali

• Regular travel to shoot locations across Bali and Indonesia as required

• Five-day work week, with flexibility during shoots and production periods

• Three-month probation period
