Full details about the role and requirements
Yukerja Summary
The Senior Credit Risk Analyst role at PT EMAS PANDAI INDONESIA is curated from Glints (category Teknologi & IT). Note the work location (Kebayoran Lama) before applying. Yukerja.com is not the employer — applications are handled on the official source site.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to own our risk framework end-to-end — from gold pricing methodology and LTV-rate setting to portfolio monitoring across our gold and BPKB loan books. This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role at the centre of our lending operations. You will work directly with senior leadership to develop policies, pricing models, and risk controls that govern how we lend, how we hedge, and how we protect the business.
What you'll own
Gold pricing & LTV setting— Define and maintain the LTV framework and interest rate structure for gold-backed loans, balancing risk appetite against commercial competitiveness.
Daily gold price reference methodology— Design and maintain the methodology for setting our internal daily gold price reference level, benchmarked against market rates.
Gold hedging / insurance strategy— Develop and execute a gold price risk management framework, including hedging instruments or insurance structures to protect against gold price volatility.
Loan restructuring & settlement policies— Design policies and decision criteria governing loan restructuring, repayment extensions, and settlement scenarios for both gold and BPKB products.
Branch-level insurance coverage— Determine and monitor appropriate insurance coverage per branch, calibrated to the asset value held at each location.
BPKB portfolio monitoring— Maintain regular monitoring of the BPKB loan portfolio including loss rates, collection rates, vintage analysis, and early warning indicators.
Borrower credit scoring— Maintain and iterate on credit scoring models for borrowers, incorporating repayment behaviour and portfolio data over time.
Portfolio analytics & recommendations— Produce regular portfolio health reports and translate findings into concrete policy or operational recommendations for leadership.
What we're looking for
Minimum 4 years of experience in credit risk, ideally in a pawnshop (Pegadaian / gadai swasta) or multifinance environment.
Hands-on experience with gold lending — LTV methodology, gold price dynamics, and gold collateral management — is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with vehicle-secured (BPKB) lending and associated portfolio risk metrics.
Strong grasp of loan portfolio analytics: loss rates, collection rates, vintage curves, and roll-rate analysis.
Comfort working in a lean, execution-oriented environment — you will be expected to move from problem identification to policy draft quickly.
What's out of scope
Operational risk, security risk, and fraud risk are managed by separate functions. This role focuses exclusively on credit and market risk.
