About This Role
You'll build full-stack features end-to-end, from architecture through deployment. You'll be expected to use AI development tools fluently as part of your normal workflow.

What You'll Do
- Build full-stack features end-to-end ie backend, frontend, deployment, monitoring.
- Make product and design calls on small-to-medium scope without a PM or designer driving them.
- Drop into unfamiliar codebases and ship into them within days.
- Write code that is well architected and well tested by default.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years building full-stack web applications in production.
- Strong with TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or close equivalents).
- Fluent and current with modern AI development tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or similar
- Comfortable making product and design calls on the work you own.
- Strong testing and architectural instincts - your code passes review on the first or second pass.
- English fluency.
This Role Is a Good Fit If You
- Sit comfortably between engineer, product, and design without strict role boundaries.
- Prefer small teams and tight feedback loops over big orgs and heavy process.
- Want to be measured on what you ship, not what you say in standups.
You'll Stand Out If You
- Have worked in hospitality, ops-heavy SaaS, or government-services software.
- Have built or operated AI agents or AI-native workflows in production.
What Success Looks Like
- You hit the ground running and start shipping production features in your first weeks.
- Features ship well thought out, well architected, and well tested by default.
- The scope of work you own solo grows quickly, not ticket-by-ticket.
