Requirements:
- Graduate in Hospitality Management, Business or related field.
- Have experience in Revenue Management as e-commerce staff or supervisor levels within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management, pricing strategies, and OTA distribution.
- Proficient in PMS, Channel Manager, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Revenue Manager for developing and implementing revenue and pricing strategies.
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market performance.
- Manage data for helping pricing decision.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and forecasting.
- Tracking performance campaign.
- Support update rate (if required and controlled).
