Panel Test Internal:

  1. Maintain database panelist

  2. Rancang & sebar formulir uji panel tiap produk

  3. Koordinasi distribusi sample

  4. Follow up & rekap hasil (% + testimoni)

  5. Buat laporan per produk ? format konten & R&D ready

Market Research (Micro):

  1. Riset kompetitor (harga, komposisi, klaim, format)

  2. Analisis trend produk dari TikTok, Shopee, Tokped, Review

  3. Bantu mapping “white space” per brand/kategori

  4. Update insight mingguan/bulanan

Consumer Insight & Feedback:

  1. Kompilasi & analisa review Shopee/Tokped

  2. Capture komentar netizen/konsumen dari TikTok, CS, dll

  3. Buat ringkasan insight per produk per kuartal

  4. Rekomendasi perbaikan/next move dari feedback user


Persyaratan:

  1. Minimal S1 dari jurusan yang relevan, misalnya: Teknik Kimia, Bioteknologi

  2. Pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang R&D atau posisi serupa dan dari industri Beauty / Personal Care

  3. Memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang proses pengembangan produk perawatan kulit dan kosmetik, termasuk teknik formulasi dan fungsi bahan
