Role Overview:
• This is a part-time, 100% remote backend role combining basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and operational quality control.
• It requires an estimated 1 to 1.5 hours of focused daily output. There is zero customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reconciliation & Bookkeeping: Conduct daily reconciliation of incoming payments against internal system logs and website bookings.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Track, categorize, and record all business expenses and petty cash utilization to generate accurate monthly financial statements.
• Operational Compliance Auditing: Review and verify digital logs such as asset condition photos, and documents to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Data Trend Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on weekly/monthly operational metrics, such as delays, cancellation root causes.
• Data Management: Maintain structured, error-free administrative tracking databases within Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Akuntansi (Accounting) or Administrasi Bisnis (Business Administration).
• Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting administration, or freelance financial data entry (high-quality, structured internship experience is acceptable).
• Core Competency: Must possess foundational bookkeeping skills. You must already know how to reconcile accounts, categorize expenses, and compile basic financial statements independently. No training will be provided on accounting mechanics; training is strictly limited to onboarding you onto our internal data structures.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (data organization, formatting, and formulas).
• Language: Professional fluency in both written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Working Conditions & Compensation:
• Structure: 100% Remote, output-driven freelance framework.
• This is a highly flexible, output-driven micro-role requiring a commitment of roughly 1 hour per day.
• The daily workload is low and asynchronous; tasks can be completed at any time during the day, provided that financial logs and staff compliance audits are finalized before the daily cutoff deadline.
