About the Position
We are seeking qualified Mandarin-speaking nurses to join our international medical services team in North Jakarta. The successful candidates will serve as a bridge between Indonesian hospitals and leading specialist hospitals in Shanghai, China. This role focuses on coordinating specialist collaborations between hospitals, supporting telemedicine services, facilitating patient referrals to Shanghai, and providing comprehensive medical coordination and patient support services throughout the treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate communication and collaboration between Indonesian healthcare institutions and partner hospitals in Shanghai, China.
2. Organize and support telemedicine consultations between Indonesian patients, Indonesian physicians, and Chinese medical specialists.
3. Collect, review, organize, and prepare patient medical records, diagnostic reports, and supporting documentation for specialist consultations.
4. Provide Mandarin-English-Indonesian communication support during medical discussions, meetings, and patient consultations when required.
5. Coordinate patient referral programs from Indonesia to Shanghai, including medical record preparation, appointment scheduling, specialist matching, travel coordination, hospital admission arrangements, and follow-up services.
6. Act as the primary liaison between patients, families, hospitals, physicians, and healthcare partners.
7. Assist in organizing hospital visits, specialist exchange programs, medical training activities, and academic cooperation projects.
8. Maintain professional relationships with hospitals, physicians, healthcare providers, and strategic partners.
9. Support business development activities related to international healthcare cooperation and cross-border medical services.
10. Prepare reports, meeting summaries, project updates, and administrative documentation as required.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
• Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR Aktif)
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Nursing or a related healthcare field
• Fluent Mandarin communication skills (spoken and written)
• Good Indonesian communication skills
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Professional and service-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work in North Jakarta and travel when necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in hospitals, specialist clinics, or healthcare institutions
• Experience in international patient services, medical tourism, or healthcare coordination
• Experience in medical translation or interpretation
• Previous experience working with international hospitals or healthcare organizations
• Educational or professional experience in China is an advantage
