We're seeking an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to lead our beverage operations and elevate the guest experience through innovative mocktails, specialty beverages, and exceptional service in line with FAENA’s luxury hospitality and Forbes standards.
Requirements
- Lead and supervise the bar team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality beverage service.
- Create and execute innovative mocktail menus, signature beverages, wellness drinks, and specialty beverage experiences.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to standardised recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness of bar and beverage preparation areas.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Engage with guests to provide personalised and memorable beverage experiences.
- Collaborate with culinary, restaurant, and leadership teams to support promotions, activations, and special events.
- Conduct regular quality checks, tastings, and beverage evaluations to maintain exceptional standards.
