Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO in daily business operations
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings
Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes
Follow up on projects and deadlines
Research and compare vendors, products, regulations and business information
Coordinate with consultants, government agencies and business partners
Manage company documents and administrative tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Excellent English communication skills
Strong research and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently with a high level of responsibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred
Experience supporting a CEO or expatriate executive
Experience in multinational companies
Experience working with government agencies
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
