Job Description:

  • Mengelola paid ads & performance marketing seluruh brand

  • Mengoptimasi ROAS, CPV, CTR, dan conversion per channel

  • Menjadi owner seluruh kanal penjualan online

  • Berkoordinasi dengan e-commerce/marketplace PIC untuk eksekusi

  • Mengelola analytics, reporting dan standarisasi data

  • Menyusun dashboard CPV, ER, ROAS dan funnel konversi

  • Memimpin cluster demand-gen (Promotion, content strategy, affiliate)

  • Menyelaraskan kalender promo, konten dan affiliate ke satu arah

Job Requirements:

  • Minimal pendidikan S1 Marketing, Digital Marketing, Manajemen Bisnis atau terkait

  • Memiliki pengalaman serupa minimal 3-4 tahun di performance atau digital marketing & e - commerce

  • Berbahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai plus

  • Memiliki kemampaun atau sertifikais bidang platform ads/marketplace ads

  • Memahami ROAS, CPV, AOV, GMV, Conversion, funnel

  • Mampu menstandarisasi metrik & membuat rekomendasi berbasis data
