  1. Bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan produk

  2. Merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan melaporkan semua aktifitas research and development untuk tujuan perbaikan dan pengembangan produk perusahaan.

  3. Melakukan riset dan uji produk terkait dengan pengembangan keseluruhan produk

  4. Siap menerima tugas tugas dari Head RND sesuai bidang RND

  5. Melakukan penelitian dan eksperimen untuk menguji ide-ide baru.
