Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth.
Support organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational design, and people strategy implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify business needs and provide effective HR solutions.
Lead and facilitate Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) processes.
Analyze HR and business data to provide insights and recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on organizational development, people-related matters, and team effectiveness.
Support strategic HR initiatives that contribute to business expansion, organizational development, and capability building.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role.
Proven experience as an HRBP within the FMCG industry, preferably in Health Care, Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Health, or related sectors.
Experience supporting companies during periods of business growth, organizational expansion, or transformation is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Change Management.
Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates will have an advantage if they have experience in:
Supporting organizational development initiatives in a high-growth business environment.
Partnering with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Corporate functions.
Leading or participating in organizational transformation, culture development, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Working within the Health Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Consumer Health, or other non-perishable FMCG industries.
