1. Melakukan desain dan implementasi jaringan LAN, WAN, VPN, dan VSAT. 

2. Melakukan konfigurasi router, switch, firewall, dan perangkat jaringan lainnya. 

3. Melakukan capacity planning dan optimasi bandwidth. 

4. Memonitor performa jaringan dan melakukan troubleshooting apabila terjadi gangguan. 

5. Membuat dokumentasi topologi jaringan dan konfigurasi perangkat. 

6. Melakukan upgrade sistem jaringan sesuai kebutuhan operasional.

8. Menjaga keamanan jaringan dan menerapkan best practice security. 

9. Memberikan dukungan teknis level 2 dan level 3 terhadap gangguan layanan.
