Boy N Cow Group a leading steakhouse group in the heart of Bali, is seeking a talented Bartender to join their dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing attentive customer service, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of this trendy establishment. This full-time role is based in Bali, offering a unique opportunity to work in a thriving hospitality setting.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and serving a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to customers
Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, ensuring optimal efficiency and presentation
Providing outstanding customer service, anticipating guest needs and delivering a memorable experience
Assisting with inventory management and stock control to ensure the bar is well-stocked
Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new and innovative drink offerings
Adhering to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-2 years or more chaof experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment
Exceptional cocktail-making skills and a keen understanding of flavour profiles and drink trends
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a consistently positive guest experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Proactive problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
Knowledge of liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and responsible serving practices
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
