Translate corporate HR direction into structured project plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines
Coordinate execution across local HR and SBU HR teams, ensuring consistent delivery against corporate standards and timelines
Track initiative progress, surface risks early, and prepare status updates for the HR BP & Strategy lead and senior HR leadership
Maintain an active understanding of HR priorities, issues, and emerging needs across MAP's SBUs and country markets — through regular coordination with SBU HR heads and country HR leads
Serve as the corporate HR point of contact for specific initiatives when formally introduced to stakeholders by the HRBP & Strategy lead
Manage inbound requests from SBU and country HR teams requiring corporate HR input — triaging, handling, escalating, or closing the loop as appropriate
Consolidate HR data, insights, and reporting across the regional footprint to support leadership visibility and decision-making
Support the maintenance and harmonisation of HR policies, frameworks, and governance standards across markets
Identify patterns across markets or SBUs that indicate systemic HR issues and bring these to the HR BP & Strategy lead proactively
Contribute to the build-out of corporate HR tools, templates, and processes that improve consistency and efficiency across the function
Job Requirement:
4–6 years of HR experience, including exposure to HR Business Partnering and/or HR project work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Experience working within regional or multi-country organizations, with an understanding of the interaction between corporate and business unit HR functions.
Exposure to HR project management, organizational change, transformation, M&A, restructuring, or large-scale HR program implementation is highly desirable.
Experience in Retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and effectively partner with senior HR and business leaders.
