WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
Negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements (CLA/PKB) and handle disputes with trade unions and individual employees.
Ensure all internal regulations (PP) and company practices align with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
Act as a mediator to resolve employee grievances and misconduct internally before they advance to legal action.
Lead interactions with government agencies (MoM/Disnaker, BPJS) and labor inspectors.
Develop and update company policies, procedures, and disciplinary protocols to align with both business goals and legal requirements.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR Managementor other relevant fields
At least 5 years of experience in human resources, particularly in industrial relations.
Strong legal knowledge, negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of Indonesian labour legislation.
