Role Overview
Support the transformation and continuous improvement of business processes and solutions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain. Plan and execute transformation/implementation initiatives and SAP rollout projects in collaboration with manufacturing plants, logistics, sales organizations, and internal IT teams.
What You Will Do
Facilitate requirement workshops, analyze business needs, and prepare functional specifications for SAP ERP solutions. Support SAP implementation activities, including configuration, migration testing, authorization, user acceptance, and key user support during go-live.

Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent). Additional language skills are considered an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years of in-depth, hands-on professional experience in the SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) process area.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), with familiarity with integrated modules such as LE (Logistics Execution), MM (Materials Management), SAP TM (Transportation Management), and FI (Financial Accounting).
- Functional and configuration expertise in relevant SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO, PP) is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience with SAP Fiori Apps relevant to the O2C process area is considered a plus.
- Hybrid expertise, combining deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes with strong SAP S/4HANA functional and technical expertise.
- Strong understanding of, and ideally hands-on experience with, modern supply chain concepts and processes.
- Proven ability to analyze, design, implement, optimize, and document complex end-to-end business processes.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from analysis through implementation.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex processes, interpret technical documentation, and translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
