Handle Administration for project tender
Documentation and maintain data related to tender process
Monitoring information of tender announcement
Ensure all tender document are completed and accurate
Prepare for report for tender activities
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any major
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in tenders contract administrator
Solid understand of microsoft office
Accurate data entry skill.
Familiar with CIVD, Smart GEP are preferred
Ability to build relationship
