We are properties Company with main business in Japanese Family Service Apartment (Joint Venture of Sojitz Corporation and Daiwa House Industry). Now we are looking for person who have experience as:
Japanese Speaker for Customer Relation staff.
1. Job Descriptions:
Proceed checking in and checking out for customers
Act as a relation staff between customer service and other departments
Responding to question and demand from customer
Handle complaint and any issue from customer
Providing helpful information about apartment facilities and city public places
Providing feedback from customer to building management, in order to improve apartment service and overall customer satisfaction ratings
2. Qualifications:
Japanese speaker (minimum JLPT N3 level holder or equivalent).
Can communicate well using Japanese and comfortable to interact directly with Japanese.
At least Diploma/Bachelor graduate
Prefer have previous experience working in hospitality industry or have experience working with Japanese/in Japanese industry.
Good skill in using computers.
Available Night Shift work/Weekend/Public Holiday.
Willing to work in Kota Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat.
