Job Description
Manage and supervise the overall Air Freight Export operations to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
Lead, coach, and develop the Air Export Operations team to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, IATA standards, customs requirements, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, trucking companies, customs brokers, and internal departments.
Monitor shipment schedules, cargo space allocation, flight bookings, and shipment documentation.
Review and approve export shipping documents, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations, and other related documents.
Resolve operational issues, shipment delays, claims, and customer complaints promptly.
Monitor KPIs and operational performance to improve productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
Ensure accurate billing, cost control, and profitability of export shipments.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
Has minimum 5 years of experience in the related position.
Having experience in air freight export procedures, customs regulations, incoterms, and international shipping documentation.
Has strong leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Able to work individually or in a team.
Computer literacy (MS Office 365).
Work location: Cengkareng Branch.
