Bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola seluruh leads yang berasal dari digital marketing (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Website, WhatsApp, Landing Page, Marketplace, dan media digital lainnya), melakukan respon secara cepat, mengkualifikasi calon pelanggan, membangun komunikasi awal, serta menyerahkan leads yang memenuhi kriteria kepada tim Sales untuk diproses hingga closing.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan diutamakan Marketing, Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau Bisnis (SMA dengan pengalaman Telemarketing diperbolehkan)
  2. Minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai: Lead Generation, Telemarketing.
  3. Berpengalaman menangani leads dari Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, atau Website.
  4. Memahami penggunaan CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Odoo, atau sejenisnya).
  5. Berpengalaman di industri B2B, F&B, franchise, atau penyewaan mesin menjadi nilai tambah.
