Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Social Media Specialist with strong expertise in SEO and SEM to strengthen our digital presence and accelerate customer acquisition. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing digital campaigns, and creating engaging content that supports business growth while ensuring all communications comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, and has proven experience in driving organic and paid traffic through integrated social media and search marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Manage the Company's social media platforms, including Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and other relevant channels.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content, including graphics, videos, educational materials, infographics, and campaign assets aligned with the Company's brand identity.
Produce compelling copywriting for social media, digital campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
Manage and optimize SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads, including keyword research, campaign setup, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Monitor industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Business Development, Customer Support, Design, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Support digital campaigns, product launches, educational initiatives, webinars, and community engagement programs.
Ensure all published content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials comply with applicable regulations, advertising standards, internal policies, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role.
Proven hands-on experience in SEO and SEM is mandatory.
Experience managing Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, link building, and search engine best practices.
Experience managing paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other advertising platforms.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Basic skills in graphic design and video editing using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools are preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaign performance.
Highly organized, proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, financial services, or digital asset industries.
Understanding of Web3 ecosystems, crypto communities, and blockchain technology.
Experience managing online communities on Telegram, Discord, or X (Twitter).
Knowledge of influencer marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM platforms is an advantage.
Familiarity with advertising regulations, financial promotions, and compliance requirements within regulated financial services is highly preferred.
