1. Supervise and guide sales staff in daily activities and performance.
2. Monitor individual and team targets, provide coaching and motivation to achieve sales goals.
3. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
4. Implement sales programs, promotions, and strategies as directed by the City Manager and Manager Sales.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support decision-making.
6. Ensure accurate and timely input of leads, prospects, and sales reports by all sales team members.
7. Support the team in handling customer inquiries, negotiations, and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
9. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports for management.
10. Evaluate sales effectiveness and recommend improvements for achieving better results.
11. Support coordination with financial institutions to facilitate vehicle financing for customers.
12. Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and operational standards.
13. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all sales records are properly updated.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales/rental preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market data and sales reports.
Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
