The Digital & Social Media Manager plays a key role in driving Petrie PR Indonesia's integrated communications offering, leading digital strategy, client advisory, and campaign execution across the agency's portfolio of luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, and destination brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of digital and social media strategies for Indonesian and regional client accounts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals.

• Act as a trusted digital advisor to clients, confidently leading client meetings, presentations, strategic discussions, and integrated campaign pitches in fluent English.

• Develop compelling, brand-aligned content strategies and oversee content creation across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.

• Translate client briefs into strategic digital programmes by developing a deep understanding of each client's brand identity, audience, tone of voice, and market positioning, particularly within the luxury and hospitality sectors.

• Initiate, manage, and optimise integrated digital campaigns, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and measurable results.

• Monitor emerging technologies, platform developments, consumer behaviour, and digital trends to provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.

• Analyse campaign performance and prepare monthly reports, insights, and recommendations for clients, senior management, and regional leadership.

• Work closely with the Indonesia team to ensure consistency in strategy, storytelling, reporting standards, and best practices across regional accounts.

• Contribute to new business development by supporting proposals, pitches, and strategic recommendations that strengthen the agency's digital offering.

• Support the long-term development and growth of Petrie PR's digital capabilities in Indonesia, including contributing to team development and operational excellence.

• Demonstrate proficiency in visual content creation tools such as Canva and other digital platforms to develop agile, high-quality social media assets and campaign materials.

• Assist with the proofreading and quality control of English and Indonesian content, press materials, and digital communications when required.

• To undertake any other duties requested by the Managing Director (Linda Petrie) and senior leadership of Indonesia office.


Good written and spoken English required. At least 3 years social media and PR experience
