Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
- Experienced in handling employee lifecycle administration, payroll preparation, and HR documentation.
- Proficient in using HRIS, preferably Talenta (end-to-end operations).
- Familiar with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Able to operate Looker Dashboard and generate HR reports is a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidential employee information.
- Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilitie
- Manage end-to-end employee administration, including offboarding, employment contracts, and employee data updates.
- Handle payroll administration, attendance, overtime, employee benefits, BPJS, and insurance coordination.
- Maintain HRIS (Talenta), employee database, and HR documentation.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc HR reports using HRIS and Looker Dashboard.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR Operations activities.
