Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective implementation and compliance of Health & Safety policies, procedures, and standards across project sites.
Conduct regular site safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems, PPE compliance, and high-risk activities, particularly electrical works, lifting operations, hot works, and work at height.
Prepare and maintain safety reports, incident records, inspection findings, and other HSE documentation in a timely manner.
Deliver safety inductions and awareness programs for employees, subcontractors, and site visitors.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure all site activities comply with applicable regulations, client requirements, and project safety standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field
Min. 3–5 years as a Safety Officer in construction, electrical, MEP, industrial, or Data Center projects
Fluent in English and have good communication skills.
Proven experience in Data Center projects will be highly advantageous.
Strong knowledge of construction safety management, electrical safety practices, and risk control measures.
Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW), HIRADC, JSA, incident investigation, and safety auditing processes.
Able to conduct safety inspections and incident investigations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
HSE certification is preferred.
Willing be placement to Cikarang/Karawang/Cibitung/BSD.
