Job Description

  • Menangani account bermasalah (NPL) dan melakukan proses recovery.

  • Melakukan negosiasi dengan debitur untuk penyelesaian tunggakan.

  • Menganalisis penyebab kredit bermasalah dan menyusun strategi penyelesaian.

  • Berkoordinasi dengan Collection, Legal, dan pihak ketiga dalam proses remedial.

  • Menyusun laporan perkembangan penanganan account secara berkala.

Qualifications

  • Minimal S1 dari semua jurusan.

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Remedial Officer, Collection, atau bidang terkait di perusahaan leasing/multifinance.

  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan analisis yang baik.

  • Mampu bekerja dengan target dan mengelola account bermasalah.

  • Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel.

  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
