We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainers Coordination Staff member to join our full-time team. In this role, you will support the trainer collaboration process—from sourcing and screening to development and coordination. Your efforts will help ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality business training programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in Trainer Sourcing
Help identify and recruit qualified trainers across various business disciplines.
Assist in reviewing trainers’ profiles, experience, and suitability for programs.
2. Maintain Trainer Relationships
Communicate regularly with trainers to confirm availability and gather feedback.
Address trainer concerns and ensure clear, timely responses.
3. Assist in Contracts and Agreements
Support contract preparation and documentation processes.
Communicate with trainers during agreement negotiations and confirmations.
4. Coordination and Communication
Work closely with internal teams to match trainers to client training needs.
Help schedule training sessions and ensure alignment between trainer availability and client timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in business training, in-house training, or consultancy.
Fluent English communication skills (speaking and writing) are required, Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to handle multiple trainers and training projects simultaneously.
