  • Pendidikan min. S1 di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia, Psikologi, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait

  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, tegas dan sopan

  • Kemampuan beradaptasi dengan cepat

  • Mampu mengelola emosi dengan baik

  • Memahami dan menguasai alat Psikologi (Personality Test, IQ Test, Tes Penalaran Logis dan Numerik, Tes Kecerdasan Emosional, MBTI, Tes Psikometri, Tes Situasional, Tes Wartegg, Big Five Personality Test (OCEAN), Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA)
